产线简介:
PCBA板自动化智能产线实现自动上板、扫码、ICT、FCT、分板、贴标、摆盘等功能和应用，各个单元实现模块化控制，可对接MES实时显示生产和设备状态，合理规划产线流程和设备布局，达到提效和节省成本的目的。

产线E-SOP:
1. 产线每个工位安装一个显示屏,用于显示对应工位的E-SOP，每个工位都有对应工位的E-SOP;
2. 在产线换型时,在应用客户端，符合权限人员,通过选取或者扫取产品条码来切换对应型号的E-SOP;
3. 产品型号增加或者删除,以及E-SOP维护时,符合对应权限人员,在应用客户端进行操作,保存;
4. 显示器安装根据现场实际情况来布局安装,以方便人员观看与操作。

应用行业:
适用于汽车控制板、显示板、生产测试摆盘，无论从成本投入、生产效率还是品质控制上，性能和价值远远超过传统人工手动作业。

Introduction to production line:
The automated intelligent production line for PCBA boards achieves functions and applications such as automatic board loading, scanning, ICT, FCT, board sorting, labeling, and tray placement. Each unit is modularly controlled and can be integrated with MES for real-time display of production and equipment status. The production line process and equipment layout are reasonably planned to achieve efficiency improvement and cost savings.

Production line E-SOP:
1. Each workstation in the production line is equipped with a display screen to show the E-SOP for the corresponding workstation, and each workstation has its own E-SOP;
2. During production line changeover, authorized personnel on the application client can switch to the corresponding model of E-SOP by selecting or scanning the product barcode;
3. When adding or deleting product models, as well as maintaining E-SOP, personnel with corresponding permissions should operate and save on the application client;
4. The installation of the display should be arranged according to the actual situation on site to facilitate personnel's viewing and operation.
