系统以西门子工控机为主控部分,集成是德、泰克、日置、艾德克斯、固纬、chroma 、 NI等品牌仪器板卡等构建弹性且高精确度的测试平台,并内含relay matrix回路切换功能,主要对产品进行功能测试如:芯片烧录程序、电压、电流、功率、频率、波形、LED亮度颜色波长、电池包、CAN 、LIN 、I2C通讯测试等等;我们以可编程电源提供产品所需的供电电压和电流,系统采用标准的气动治具和翻盖治具,治具类型以电子式提供钥匙,确保进行正确的测试程序调用;通过可互换的治具,即可于不同的产品之间共享重要的仪控硬件,以大幅降低系统成本与前置时间;在建立了基础系统之后,即可迅速设计并建立新的治具和相关的测试软件;软件部分采用NI Labview+Teststand撰写测试软件,并以组态档案纳入所有测试参数,让客户不需要更改软件,亦可更新、放宽或提升测试规格;用户接口是专为制造环境所设计,因此不需要太多的人力操作,仅需测试工程师开启治具的安全盖、扫描UUT的产品条码,再关闭治具安全盖,即可于标准作业期间开始测试。当测试完成时,将随即显示测试结果、测试数据记录为档案,并可同时将上传工厂的MES系统。

FCT Test System Overview:

Types of ingredients provide keys with electronic formulas to ensure that the correct test program calls; If you have, you can share important ritual control hardware between different products to significantly reduce system costs and front time; after establishing a basic system, you can quickly design and establish new governance and related testing software; The software part uses Ni LabView+Teststand to write testing software, and is included in all test parameters with a configuration file to allow customers to update, relax or improve the test specifications; the user interface is designed for the manufacturing environment, so it is not Too many manpower operations are required. Only test engineers need to open the safety cover of the governance, scan the product barcode of UUT, and then turn off the cure set of safety covers to start testing during the standard operation. When the test is completed, the test results and test data are recorded as a file, and the MES system of the factory can be uploaded at the same time.
